When you book a ride, you’ll need to provide your credit card information. We will authorize the card with your bank at the time of booking, and after the trip is completed, we will charge the card and email you a receipt. Your information is securely processed.



13. What is your cancellation policy?

• Sedans & SUVs (Transfers): Cancel at least 3 hours in advance

• Sedans & SUVs (Hourly): Cancel at least 24 hours in advance

• Sprinter Vans: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.



14. Do you offer corporate or executive travel accounts?

Yes. We offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, priority booking, and dedicated service for frequent business travelers.



15. What safety measures do you follow?

All drivers are professionally trained, background-checked, and fully licensed. Vehicles are sanitized and maintained to deliver a safe, high-quality experience every time.



16. Do you charge overtime if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real-time and allow 45 minutes of free wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international arrivals. After that:

• Sedans: $20 per 15 minutes

• SUVs: $25 per 15 minutes

17. What happens if I don't show up for my reservation?

If no contact is made and the passenger is not present at the pickup location, the ride is considered a no-show and will be charged in full. If you can’t find your driver, please call us at (630) 536-9477 before leaving the area.



18. Is food or smoking allowed in the vehicle?

No food or smoking is allowed in any Movi Limousine vehicle. Violation of this policy may result in a $500 cleaning fee and immediate service termination without a refund.



19. Can I bring alcohol in the car?

No. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in all vehicles, even for passengers over 21, in accordance with Illinois law. Violating this rule may result in immediate termination of service without refund and responsibility for any legal fines.



20. What if I leave something in the car?

Movi Limousine is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. However, if you believe you left something behind, contact us as soon as possible at (630) 536-9477, and we will do our best to help locate it.
