Yes, car seats and booster seats are available for $25 per ride. Please request them in advance to guarantee availability and proper installation.

• How do I pay for my ride?
You’ll provide your credit card when booking. The card is authorized at the time of reservation and charged after the trip. Receipts are automatically emailed for your records.

• What is your cancellation policy?
• Sedans & SUVs (Transfers): Cancel at least 3 hours in advance
• Sedans & SUVs (Hourly): Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
• Sprinter Vans: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

• Do you offer corporate or executive travel accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include monthly invoicing, priority scheduling, and dedicated service for frequent travelers.

• What safety measures do you follow?
Our chauffeurs are background-checked, professionally trained, and fully licensed. Vehicles are sanitized and maintained for the highest standards of safety and comfort.

• Do you charge overtime if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. Free waiting time:
• 45 minutes for domestic arrivals
• 90 minutes for international arrivals
After that, hourly rates apply:
• Sedans – $20 per 15 minutes
• SUVs – $25 per 15 minutes

• What happens if I don’t show up for my reservation?
If no contact is made and the passenger isn’t present, it’s considered a no-show and billed in full. If you can’t locate your driver, please call (630) 536-9477 before leaving the pickup area.

• Is food or smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No food or smoking is permitted. Violation may result in a $500 cleaning fee and immediate service termination without refund.

• Can I bring alcohol in the car?
No. Illinois law prohibits alcohol consumption in all commercial vehicles. Violation may result in termination of service without refund.

• What if I leave something in the car?
Movi is not responsible for lost items, but we’ll do our best to help. Contact us immediately at (630) 536-9477 if you think you left something behind.
